It is worth noting that the types of explosives used in terrorism are viciously more volatile than dynamite.
What a sad world.

[Fear not, the bus was empty. This still image was taken for a news story about the filming of a low-budget movie. The detonation was shot at 1/500th of a second, f/5.6, on Ektachrome 100 film. 400mm lens, Canon A2; tripod. Distance: 100 yards. For you photo geeks out there.]

Hello,
I'm really enjoying your blog. I just found it this morning. I enjoy trying to study how as Christians we are to function within our culture. It seems like you've got some good perspectives. Just curious...have you heard of the Mars Hill Audio Journal? Based on what I've read in your blog, it would be right down your alley.

Indeed. The destruction of the terrorists bombs is awful.
But I wonder if we can uncover a picture of a JDAM bomb 1/8 of a second after detonation.
Violence, for any cause, is an ugly thing.
GKB,
Agreed.
Peace,
Gnade
GKB,
Here is what an atomic device looks like one 1/1,000,000th of a second after detonation. The thing looks demonic. The whole series, sort of, can be seen here.
Crazy world.
Gnade
That really does look like something not from this world. Thanks for sharing that.
